The main aim of this project is to study and monitor the stability of milling operations in relation to the appearance of self-induced vibrations and to develop strategies for absorbing and cancelling out said vibrations during milling operations. The project will conclude with the development of an active shock absorbing solution for ensuring the stability of roughing operations.
As a result of this initiative, Correa seeks to ensure that the vibratory energy generated in its milling machines will be dissipated quickly and efficiently, thereby bestowing on them a high level of production capacity, excellent micro-precision, unbeatable load capacity and, above all, outstanding energy efficiency.
