Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
The Board of Directors of the Company has resolved to call the General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on May 28th 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Company’s registered office, located in Calle Alcalde Martin Cobos nº 16-A, Burgos, on first call, and, if the quorum is not reached, in the same place on May 29th 2025, at 12:00 p.m., on second call.
The Correa Group achieves historic turnover and profit figures in 2024, with revenues of 121 million euros and a pre-tax profit of 17 million euros
The Correa Group closes 2024 with a record 11% growth in turnover and a 34% increase in results. It increases its operating profit by 31% to reach an EBITDA of 18.5 million euros and will propose a record dividend of 0.30 euros per share. It activates important investments to expand and modernise its production facilities.

Inauguration of technical assistance centre in Chengdu
Our president Bibiana Nicolás-Correa inaugurated yesterday, the new technical assistance centre of Nicolás Correa S.A. in the Chinese city of Chengdu. A service centre oriented to the aeronautical sector where Nicolás Correa S.A. has a large number of customers TIER-1 and TIER-2 suppliers in the aeronautical sector.
